reverse lights stay on! HELP!

hey guys, my gf's prelude is having problems of recent. When i turn the car on (acc or Ign on) the reverse lights turn on and they stay on, even on every gear and reverse gear.

Now iv taken out the globes so theres no troubles on the road for her at night time. How can i solve this problem and wil reseting the battery work and do anything?

try to check all wiring (earth) also, have u ever change the globes lately? check globes, might be the wrong type (might be the one that work for brake/park lights)
