Hello All,
Getting a brand new Honda VTI accord 2.4 on Monday.

I am surprise the VTI is not popular.....

Coming from having an Alfa Romeo 156 Selespeed......

Any advice on the following:-

1) Any major faults I should be aware off? (See I am an Ex-Alfa person!)
2) Best oil to use? Semi or FULLY synetic?
3) What intervals should I change oil and filter? I prefer to do min every 10K.

Kind regards,

PS - Paid $30,100- for brand new Accord 2.4 VTI - black metallic, with honda floor mats, headlight protectors...... I can't believe honda makes money at these prices.....

from memory the new accords only had the power steering recall for the v6 variant along with the euro but they should have rectified that from factory or have the cooling pipe replaced before you pick it up. Great car, enjoy it. No other problems jumps into mind.
