how to remove the door trim from EG?

did you guys know how to remove the door trim? (Interior)

screws in the handle, hole handle. on the door trim when u open, and once all the screws are undone, pop off from the bottom and lift.

i have already take off the door trim ... but cant take the "orange circle thing" when turn it back its no screws or anything

It should be glued on with clips.

its plastic welded on just use a dremel to remove it the use small screws to put it back on.

see where the speaker sits on the door trim can that be removed to get to the speaker or does the whole trim have to come off ???
