I think FEO Premium performance 10w-30 API SL
is better.

As i remember, if it is correct, the later the second number is in the alphabet, the better the oil is.

As J comes before L, making FEO Premium performance 10w-30 API SL
the better oil, due to newer technologies something arather.

But you might want someone to confirm

the SJ is the old one now (red colour sticker design). the new one is the SL (yellow colour sticker design) = FEO Premium performance 10w-30 API SL ! so get that one lol

either will be fine. there will just be a slight difference in the additives used in the oil

since weer talkin bout honda oils

can som1 tell me if honda has their own refinery and laboratories designing and making FEO?

or do they simply buy from the other big companies like shell and castrol and rebadge the stuff?

sorry if this is a silly question...

no they buy it from big companies and just badge it, i think it was castrol that they buy them from.

so u tellin me that i can just go shop and buy the castrol oil

just remember that castrol has different grade and types of oils also so i guess castrol just produce it on honda's behalf so i would assume that honda gives them the specs and stuff for them to produce the oil so forth.

so its not exactly the same as just going to buy the cheap castrol oil.

Use Royal Purple oil good for any performance engines.

I know at honda some use the Castrol GTX3, but they have been switching from castrol to valvaline

Guess it depends on which honda you go to!

it could be , we had a few different trucks come threw, it could well of been magnatec, but almost sure it was the gtx3, tho mind you it didnt take long for them to go back to valvaline
