i need some information.
i have a d16y1 engine with a hydraulic transmission came from a 92-95 civic vti.
what cable transmission can mate with this engine?
was told that the 88-91 (im guessing the EF shape) civic transmissions can be done?
pretty much desired result is a d16y1 with a cable clutch set up
thanks.

the CRX has a D16A8 engine
all D series gearboxes should be interchangeable.

im currently using a d15b4 (dual carby) gear/b on my D16y1 ed .. it goes nice.. 3rd gear is shorter drive than stock y1 .. straight bolt on.
u can pick those d15b4 gear box for MAX $200 at wreckers
