That's why there is nobody spamming PMs. The rule works and prevents spam by forcing them to waste too much time.

the rule does suck though, u come home after work to find 10 new pms

it takes 900secs just to reply to all 10 of them

stupid rule. drains my life -_-

It's there to stop people spamming / advertising. Might consider reducing it to 60 seconds but not much more than that :)

Dropped it to 60 seconds. If we find any issues with SPAM PMs we're going to have to put it back up to 90sec!

Gone back up to 90sec due to SPAM advertising via PM.
