Need some help here, I want to remove secondary butterflies from my IM, do i need to take the whole IM from the motor to take the secondary butterflies out?
Where exactly is it located?

Is it really there, does anyone have any picz of the IM inside?

There's no point in removing the butterflies as it will leave both short and long runners open at the same time, it will work better as it is, or if you want to use a short runner only then buy a Type R/Skunk2 inlet manifold.

To answer your question tho, there's about 6 bolts facing away in that photo where the plenum meets the manifold which will let you access the butterflies but I'm not sure how easily they can be removed.
