just wondering if this is legal or illegal in Australia, victoria

I have a integra, pcd 4 x 100 can I use an adaptor or spacer to convert it to 4x114.3 , 5x114.3

Will this be safe or not?

This is a joke right? There are spacers to change off set, which are illegal and dangerous.

To change the stud pattern though? I doubt they exsist and if they do I sure as hell won't be using any.

yea they exist cost abit tho tyre shop down here makes them , they are priity thick they are like another smaller hub that fits onto your one to convert it , personally i wouldnt trust it either

Anyway as said above , "spacers" to convert a stud pattern from X x X to Y x Y are illegal and quite dangerous.

i would not recommend it at all as it changes the handling of the car by quite a bit.

I wouldnt even think about doing this even if it did exist.
If you're doing it for rims, you should just find rims in the right PCD.
