Hey guys i get my new cluster today for my EK1 and was wondering how to remove my old 1?
Does anyone have any links to DIY's as i have already searched through ozhonda.
Is it straight forward to do, can anyone help me out?

What cluster did u get? the ek9, ek4 is straight swap to ek1 cxi and gli

just get in there, remove a few bolts, and remove a few clips.
done deal.

to remove the cluster, you need to unscrew the first 2 screws on top (the bezel suround) and pull the bezel out (top first).
then you unscrew 4 of the screws (2 top and 2 bottom) on the cluster itself.
pull the cluster out as you're unplugging the 3 plugs behind it. pretty simple.
and vice versa when u're installing it back.

sweeet, got it today for 130 bucks
ummm need to know how to wind the k's back on the odometer to match my engine?
can someone tell me how to do it??

Its illegal to wind the kms back and actually really hard to wind back with out ****ing up, i had to get a new gli cluster a while ago when i buggered up my needles with a white dial set, just keep ure old cluster and add or subtract the kms, and keep it for when you sell the car so u can show the new owner.
