Anyone tested the Accord VTI 2.4 on the freeway.....

Just wondering what the top speed is?

I don't really want to lose my licence just yet!

FYI, the Accord VTI in Taiwan, with 2.0 I-vtec has a top speed on 215km/h tested!

Testing on the freeway is illegal!

If you wanna test it yourself, take your car to the track.

Can't tell if that is a UK spec Accord (same as Accord Euro) or a VTi... Since it has km/h with small mph indicators and he's calling it an Accord, I'd say it's a UK spec, same as the Euro. Not the same as a VTi.

it wouldnt be a UK-spec car as they have MPH not km/h. Rest of Europe has km/h so it would have to be a Euro-spec car. Its still called Accord over there.

In that case, it's has a 140kW engine and different aerodynamics to the VTi, so it wouldn't be indicative of the VTi's top speed...

Never looked at speed at track nor rpm, always concentrating on next corner.

A stock F22B3 Manual CD5 will do 202km/h, I saw that number many times on a trip a few years ago.
(On open roads in the territory.)
