A regular ticking that slows down and speeds up with changes in car speed, or erratic?

The thump could be a worn suspension bushing, and the clicking noise could be the CV joints (the clicking should sound more predominant when cornering).

Take the car to a mech and get them to inspect the problems and provide a quote.

sometimes I got that too from the rear side.

I've changed the bushing as well, and still making it.

well i found out my noise's are the sway bar bracket the front.. its gone so sway bar is bouncing around which is making the thumping sound

replace the bush in the swaybar bracket then. They are only about $20-30 for a pair

the clicking might be a stone in the tyre?

Cant imagine how loose suspension can cause constant clicking (unless the clicking was random).

ah ok, thought the CV joints may have worn out or something.
