What is VTiR?

And do all stock Integra DC5R's all come with VTEC engines
or only the more expensive 1s have them?

Vtir's are the twin cam vtec versions of honda's.Civics,integras,preludes..
And DC5r's are the type r version of integra so yes they do come with i-Vtec.
A simple search will tell you everything....
