painted dc5 type s wheels?

anyone with a dc5-s painted their stock wheels black? like matt or gloss black.. particularly on a black dc5 seein as mine is black.. im thinking of doing it to my wheels coz i cant afford rims right now, not sure how its gona look though so i wana get an idea of it before i go out there n ruin the finish of the stock wheels :S.. picss?

hey man, im probly gonna powder coat mine white soon ay, ive seen a pic of a type s wit the stock rims painted yellow.. pretty hot aye.. :D so yeahh.. i cant afford rims either hahahah + i like the stock rims lol

oh nevermind.. i finally answered my own question.. i found a guy in the states who had a black type s, he painted his wheels almost every color u can think of haha.. got pics of his wheels on the car in black, white, green and purple.. if any1 wants pics let me know

Hey dude - I love the matt black rims look, but imo I don't think it works as well with the black car as it does with other colours.

That being said, it'll still look pretty damn mean, especially when you pair it with the red lug nuts. Go hard and make sure you post up pics when you're done!!!

lol yeaaa but i just duno any other color that will look good on stock wheels on a black car besides gunmetal.. n im not a fan of gunmetal.. i still havent painted them yet, im waitin to lower my car first. which will be soon hopefully :) ill keep everyone updated soon :)
