the twin carby 'ecu' mainly controls the black box on the firewall with all the vacuum lines coming out of it.this vacuum box isnt used in the efi eg,just the carb

the efi ecu controls a whole range of other things.as was said,it is wayyyy different

the twin carb has an 'ecu' down in the passenger footwell where the efi ecu normall is.this carb ecu controls the maze of vaccum lines used for the twin carby setup

the ecu in a carby setup controls the fuel mixture and idle speed,

carby setups have an O2 MAP and IACV,

the ecu pulses vacuum solenoids that control the CV Carbs which adjust fuel mixtures
