Hi all.

I was just wonderin whether anyone has had any experience in changing the cams on a F22B1 engine? Any comments appreciated- power gains, price etc.

you would probably bee needind to change the ECu as well as the POA ECU at this point seems to be untunable. installing cams with stock ecu may be an expensive way to get a small ( even unnoticable ) power gain.

definitely need some way to tune the new cam.

If i remember right you can get a reground cam for F22's, but not many people do such mods compared to other engines so i am not sure of the gains

Depending on cams used parts of the valve train might have to be changed aswell.
