Just wanting to see what's the most popular camber correction kit for the CB/CD Accords out there.

(I'm only interested in front kits, washers will do for the rear :p)

i'm using spc, but thats for the rears. accords have more of a bigger camber issue in the rears than the fronts (opposite to the civics).

Umm if i could afford a camberkit i would but I cant so i'm not going to bother right now. Unless i get it really really cheap.

I've used two types of front end kits in my CB. The Ingalls anchor bolt kit and Ingalls adjustable ball joint kit. Both seem to be made well. Both are a pain to adjust. Especially if you have coilovers that won't let the suspension droop when you lift the car.

The main problem when you start using a camber kit is hitting the upper control arms, depending how low you are. If you use the anchor bolt one you can adjust it so that it doesn't hit. If you use the ball joint kit it adds height to the arm and if it is going to hit it will hit no matter what camber you set it to.

Cheers Eclipsor.

By 'anchor bolt one' do you mean the replacement upper wishbone version? The only Ingalls kit I can find on flea-bay is the ball joint replacement one. I'm not planning to go that low, only about an inch or so. I don't like scraping on anything :)

If you're only lowering an inch or so then I wouldn't even bother. There is only one complete replacement wishbone that I've seen for the accords. Can't remember the brand, but it was some obscure thing and the only person I saw that bought one it broke.

The anchor bolt ones replace the bushing housings that attach the upper wishbone to the body. Check out these guys: http://www.iapdirect.com/home.php?xid=da2906b3c425e0afea012e6d105ff4d6 That's where I've got them in the past.

You're not the only person that's told me to not worry about the camber on the front of the Accord for a 1-1.5" drop.

I guess I'll give it a shot with just washers in the rear and see how my tyres hold up.

I'm still interested in seeing what other brands you Accord owners use though, so post them up!

Yeah i am thinking of buying one pretty soon.
Will have my coilovers in within a week, and that should lower 2inch+ so i think i may need one pretty soon, as I have 215/35/18 kumho tyres which are definately not cheap for all 4 corners.
