hey, can someone tell me the min thickness a disc can be?
obviously after wear/tear/shaving it will get thinner...

There should be a thickness indicator / value on the rotor itself. Alternatively, check the Service Manual for the thickness specifications.

you will need to check a dc2r service manual, as teh_mechanic said it varies from car to car

Search eBay for 'Civic service manual'

Also search google, some of them are available for download in PDF format.

umm, im sure a rotor can wear down more than 1mm in its lifetime.

It should be printed on the dist itself
