Water Pump for EG5 (D16Y1)

Hey guys

I'm trying to get Drew to do a major service for me. Was wanting to buy the replacement parts from the US because they are a lot cheaper there. Would there be a problem with buying a OEM water pump from the US? This is the description:-

Fits the following applications:
92-95 Civic 4dr DX and LX trim levels
92-95 Civic 3dr CX and DX trim levels
93-95 Civic 2dr DX trim level
93-95 Civic Del Sol 'S' trim level

Parts included:
Water Pump part #19200-P01-004
Timing Belt part #14400-PM3-004

Because the US is left hand side that's why i'm a bit worried

The engine still sits in the same position as the audm ones. IE: the timing belt and the pump are still on the right when you look at them from the front. Only difference is the brake booster&bmc and the battery are on the opposite ends to our ones. Someone correct me if i'm wrong :)
