Hey all, just wondering if anyone can tell me if this number S1-1012772, which is located on the bell housing of the gearbox indicates a vtec box, or non-vtec? It suits B16a

if its a B16 gearbox, then it MUST be a VTEC gearbox. That is , it comes on a VTEC powered engine.
Its a B series gearbox

but you can get a box off a b18a 90-93 integra that fits a b16a and has different ratios than vtec boxes...

i think he ment that since its a b16a gearbox then it came from a vtec engine since a b16a has got vtec... but your wondering if the number indicates anything about being from a vtec engine or not yea?
soz i dont know the answer but id like know are all bseries gearboxes intachangable with bseries engines?
