dc2 vti-R ABS System

Hey guys.
ive got a problem with my ABS light coming on while im driving. Sometimes ill be braking normally without high speeds and the ABS will engage and dis engage on me. Brake pedal will start pushing pressure towards my foot. Whats the problem guys... any help will be appreciated..

what were the events leading up to this?
jack up each side of the car, with the brakes off, does each wheel turn freely? listen for noises

check the ABS system for fault codes, its the best place to start
