08 Accord Tourer; DTEC just kicked in?!

Honda released the first glimpses of the new Accord [jan 23] which debuts at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show.
Honda described it's styling as "Sporty styling and enticing driving dynamics".

No technical specs as of yet, however it is suspected that it will include the current Accord's 2.2 and 2.4 litre petrol engines.
The Accord will also be the first Honda to get the new 2.2-litre i-DTEC diesel engine.

It's a concept picture. They simplify certain features for that trim look that just shows the lines of the car. Whilst I don't like it either, it may change from that design. Let's not lose sight of the bigger picture either. Honda don't make cars to satisfy to hardcore tuning minority. Just like every other manufacturer they build cars for the mainstream consumer.

Minix3, how is it a "FAIL" on the driving dynamics if you've never driven it? I can't help but feel that there's a little of Alan's influence coming in here. Why else would you post this on a Honda site and have the sig that you do?

I like it and if it is anything like the blue concept pics going around I would get one in a heartbeat over the current one...especially if rumours of a 2.3 turbo fromt he RDX in the states is anything to go by...
