Sump Capacity

HI i have a 1996 VTIR b18C integra, just wandering what the sump capacity is for an oil change

also is there any tricks to get the oil filter off?

its 3.9L of oil for ur VTiR

to get the oil filter off just get underneath the car and then use like an oil filter claw (if not tight then ur hand) then just unwind. if not just go to honda and ask them for a oil filter removal tool ($15-20)

Another tool that you can use to remove oil filters is a pair of multigrips, it doesnt matter if you squash the filter when removing. The new filter doesn't have to be on overly tight just do it up as tight as you can with your hands.

ooooor, if the oil filter doesn't wanna budge, you just grab a screw driver, and stab the lil thing right thru so its poking out the other side, and then twist, all done :D
hmmm most importantly, make sure the rubber o-ring/seal thing comes off. one of my mates did an oil change and the rubber ring sat on the oil pipe, when he put the new one on as tight as possible, it still had oil spreying everywhere.
the last guy who did my oil plug put the thing on so tight that i ended up rounding the bolts. The oil plug should come out by turning anti-clockwise
