Hey all just recently purchased a DC2R and owned it about 3 weeks before the problem arose.

Took it to a honda dealer and he said the immobiliser is rooted so they got a new part sent to them - which turned out to be the worng part as my DC2R has a type of immobiliser in it which shouldnt be there (still stock from factory)

Now they have to wait for Honda Japan to make a NEW part number and send me the correct immobiliser which should take another 3 weeks ontop of the 2 weeks that its been in the shop already.

Just trying to vent a bit of anger but is there any way i can pull that shit and so i can drive my car or do you think i should stay all factory so everything works untampered?

don't want to start a new thread for this, just wondering if a 1994 integra has an immobiliser? non type r.

the DC2R immobiliser works through the ECU... the only way to get around it is to make the changes at each point in the equation, which ECU-MAN has kindly noted above!
