Whats the difference between 94 EG4 Civic GLi and 95 Integra DC2 VTI-R Brakes?

Are both fronts the same?

Obviously on my EG4 rear is drum, so just bolting the DC2 rears/handbrake cable is enough?

Thanks

No honda's that i know of come with slotted standard.

And yes DC2 Vti-r front and rear brake rotors and calipers are bigger than EG4

EG5 rear is same as dc2r vti-r off memory

might need a slightly bigger brake master cylinder to get good pressure, i think the eg4 uses a 13/16" from the factory? and i think you need a 40/40 proportion valve thingy.

Can anyone else confirm this?

You definitly need 40/40 proportional valve if you do rear disc conversion. Bigger master cylinder and booster is probably a good idea otherwise you might not have a nice pedal feel.

theres a thread on onecamonly about this http://www.onecamonly.com/showthread.php?t=330
last page has most of what you'll need for the conversion.

Will stock R14/175 steelies on GLi clear the 262mm DC2 Fronts?

I completely forgot about that. Does DC2 (VtiR) have 40/40 or do I need it from ITR?

14" steelies just clear the caliper. EG5 or DC2/4 proportional valve will be fine.

What about DC2 brakes on a Delsol? Will they fit? I have seen that some of the DC2s came with 10" rotors which beats the 9" standard Sol ones. Would the DC2 calipers and rotors fit on a Sol with no dramas? I mean would you have to upgrade the mastercylinder or get different brackets for the calipers or are they all the same. We are talking fronts here, I assume the rears are the same as the stock Sols ones.

That's not correct.

All non ITR Integra DC Brakes are 9.4"
All Integra DC2R Brakes are 10.2"
