hey just a quik question about what to expect from tuning my jap spec b18c (98)

current mods:
2.5 mandrel bent cat back with hi-flow cat and flex pipe
stock headers
pod filter
70mm TB

i have a apexi fc with controller and want to get it tuned ( maybe 101motorcafe) and was wondering what to expect power wise? is 125 wheel kw's asking to much??? i have no idea, any help would be appreciated

This is what i will get change and buy:

New set of headers - Tri Y desgin roughly 600bucks
Sell of the 70mm t/b and get yourself a 65mm t/b
Get a decent Long ram intake -Injen or AEM

With those mods you'll get close to 125kw. At the moment, with those mods i reckon its will be hard to hit 125kw atw

Put your car on the dyno and find out.

but when dyno figures are not consistant then any number is just a number.
its like saying my car 150kwatw at one dyno and another is 110kwatw.
too many variables to get a power number on a dyno.
i would only use a dyno for a tune but not to see how many kw i get.
to what i see the best indication is the time for 1/4 mile run.
own ability to drive + power to weight = good times

Agree, our 105kw cars are consistently in the 13's.
