brittle door cards on ej8

Hey closed my door the other (not slammed) and my door card cracked. I took it of and found that along the top of it, the plastic backing on the inside had become brittle and cracked. Ne 1 else had this problem and what it cost these days for a door card. Plastic welder can fix it too cracked and brittle

its on the inside of the door. the plastic framing that makes the shape of the door trim before the fabric is placed on. no i dont have photos but you can feel it if you run ya finger over the vinyl. (and i know that you cant get here to run you finger over it, so haha spammers)

it aint worth fixing.. rather just replace the trim.. usually a pair would cost ya about 100ish?

Sounds like its been in the sun most of its life with no window tinting, another one will be quite affordable at most wreckers and civic 2dr hatch doors and coupe doors arent exactly rare at all
