What engine parts from the B18C7 could be used for a stock B16A?
Whole head? Cams? Cam gears?

yes you can use the entire head.
you can pretty much use everything from the engine except for crank and rods.

All B-series parts will bolt and fit onto each other. Cranks and rods can still be used if you bore out your bottom end to the fitment of its sixze.

The B16a deck is shorter than all the other B series blocks, if you tried to use the ITR rotating assembly (crank, rods and pistons) the top of the piston would actually stick out of the sleeve.

There is no change in CR using the ITR head in this scenario.
