dc5 comp

Hi everyone,

As my previous ideas failed to increase KW-s by force induction, i was thinking, since i've got the same engine, k20, will it work if i just change the computer to dc5r or dc5s comp?
ive got dc5 my06 auto btw..

hmn not to sure into the techinical side but im pretty sure there is a big diff in the engines as to internals etc plus wouldnt you need an auto ecu which the dc5r and s didnt come in?

if you want the car to be undriveable because it won't know what gear to select... sure... go ahead.

This subject (moding a auto base model) has been covered MANY times before, and the outcome is always the same... don't bother, or if you do... do the basic intake and exhuast mods and live with it.... if you don't like it... get a Type R or S

yep, its pointless man. i had an auto base model and got sik of it being gutless so i jus upgraded to a dc5r which is cheaper than doing up a base model to the same specs...
