B18c CRX. Which clutch cable?

Just putting the last few things together on my CRX, and I can't get the clutch cable to work. It's a b18c in a ed crx using hasport mounts (with the cable>hydro conversion), it seems the clutch cable is 2" too short. I also tried using a DA9 integra cable but its exactly the same length?

What cable are other people using? I read someone has used used the longer LHD DA9 cable and wrapped it around the rear engine mount, but that seems too ghetto even for me!

i have heard of a custom cable being made... which is similar to that of the handbrake.

There is 1 guy i know who has done the whole cable to hydro and has the b18c in his crx (Pictured below). I'll ask em more specifically on hw he did it.
