Hi guys,

my car battery died on me today (shit luck), taking the train home from work.

Whats a the best battery buy for the money out there and what is the model/number/code etc?

The current battery in the car is one of the LEGEND ones i think that dont hold water. (dry) i think is what they call them
check out my car specs below, thanks

I'd just spend $90-110 and get a maintenance-free Supercharge Gold or ACDelco

try getting one with largest possible ccA. It helps, especially with big sound systems.
I've got the Supercharge GOLD also

The Supercharge Gold will be more than adequate if your system is stock.

Record your radio stations and radio code if you have that.

Remove the battery tie down. Then remove the negative terminal first followed by the positive terminal. Take old battery out and put new battery in. Put the battery tie down on, being careful not to touch the battery terminal with your tools. Then positive terminal on first, then negative terminal.

If you find your auto windows not working, then do the auto window reset procedure by holding the button down until the window is fully open and hold for an extra 3-5 seconds. Then pull the button up, let the window fully close and keep holding for another 3-5 seconds. All done.

Also if you keen for ECU to relearn. After install new battery, start your engine with no load for 10min or radiator fan kick in twice.

You don't need to do that. That is the idle learn procedure, which you don't need to do unless you use the HDS tester to reinitialise.
