Hp gain with cams on a d16y1

Hi all

Just wondering how much hp gain would there be if i installed an aftermarket cam to my car? EG with pod and catback

I know the tech heads would be saying it depends on your setup... but is there like an avereage or a minimum you'd expect??

I've been reading at HondaTech that the Zex 53900 cam is good.. but cant seem to find any dyno info or comparisions.

You'd also want to get a good tunable ECU to gain best results.

HP gains on all mods vary.. even with the same car and same specs.. but as a general figure.. a 4 cylinder should gain around 8-12HP @ wheels untuned..

yeah ive heard the zex cam is nice. gives u a nice vtec sound also.
