Hey Guys,
Just got my first car yesterday... Have had my license for a month or so but have been driving my girlfriends 97 Hyundai Lantra (As bad as that sounds, we bought it together, but she's older than me and got her license first :() and yesterday I finally got my first car :D
1990 Accord EXi... It's in pretty good condition, a nice light blue paint job with a dark blue interior and has had a little work done on it already (Exhaust and pod filter).
Love the car, awesome to drive and IMO looks pretty nice as well.
Anyways, just wanted to say hi and introduce myself, ozhonda looks like a pretty awesome place for advice and inspiration... and I need a lot of both!

I was pretty surprised when I took it for the first drive at how much power it has. I definitely don't regret my decision to buy it in any way, shape or form, and I really doubt that I could have got anything better in the price range I was looking... excellent car and I hope to have it for years to come.
I'm hoping to work it up to something better. As I said, already has the basics like pod filter and the milo tin on the back, but looking at some pictures of the CB7's that have had a lot more work done to them is making me pretty eager to take it further.
Haven't really thought about going as far as to swap the engine out yet, the engine only has 199K Km's on it so it hopefully has a few more years in her. I'm going to do a little research over the next couple of weeks and see if there's much more I can do for now... otherwise there's a couple of little things bothering me (missing passenger side sun visor is what's annoying me the most, have managed to track down one at a wreckers though )
Any way's enough from this car nub, thanks for the welcomes. :D

Nice first car mate.Look's real tidy too.
The late 80's early 90's generation honda's are great.
Since it's on 199k km's make sure it's had a timing belt change.
Also a nice lowering and it will look very clean.

Hey Spammit just in case your car has regular starting problems that happen usually when you've only driven a short/long distance and then tried to start the car again straight away (its a common problem with this car). Buy a new Main Board Relay they cost around close to $120 incl.gst and fairly easy to install. I had this problem and just fixed it last week, no problems now. Hope this helps in the future (or now lol).

Not bad man! I like that shape a lot, looks sweet as.
I'm engaged to a lady who's nearly 20, and i'm 18. Not much of a difference but older women are just better ;) ahah.
