Dont know if this has been covered but asking for a mate.
Engine transplant from a d16y(#) to a b16a(#) would you need a engineer's certificate for this? as the engine block's number would be different from whats on the registration?
Or would you only need engineer's certificate if you stroke it up to like a h22a# (2.2ltr compared to 1.6ltr)?
