oks if i get a bare motor and a gearbox what else would i need to complete the engine swap? would just be extractors, intake manifold plus piping, loom, ecu? am i missing anything else? i can use my standard d series mounts for a b series is that right? (d16y1 to b16b) thanks in advance.

prob get new engine mounts since the D ones will break down the track or are broken already

D and B series mounts are different

nah i got my mounts reconditioned already das why.. i thought the b and the d had the same mounts? can anybody clarify this cos yeah been hearing different things now =[ as well as did i miss out on anything?
umm drive shafts i think for some swaps

i think the rear D series mount cant be used with the B series engine. or was it the other way around... thats what i heard lol, u will need a shift link also

i think u still can use D series mounts for a B engine, like a b18c drops into eg stock mounts without hassle.
what car is it?

mounts you can just use the d series rear one can be used.
headers cant use ur d series one
shift linkage
driveshafts [pretty sure d series are not compatible]
