03-07 Honda Accord Navigation System GPS UNIT OEM

Just wondering if this will fit into an 04 Accord Euro. The item says "Accord navigation System" but it looks pretty much the same as a Euro one.

Looks like it would but i wouldn't take the chance.There could be compatibility problems as well.:(
