How to clean Carbon Fibre surface??

Hello Honda freaks... sorry if this threat already exist but i try to look for it but i cannot find it... so please forgive me if this topic has been discussed...

anyways i have a cf hood just want to know how to maintain it and how to clean it...

and also want to know if the suns heat can wreck the look of cf??
