b16 upgrades

hey was looking at maybe upgrading my valve springs and stuff.. what would be the best to go for ?? or any other mods to do ? and what ecu to use.. atm have buddyclub adjustable cams. CAI full 2 1/2 inch stainless steel exhaust. not tuned

Crome is about $400 I think you might be able to find cheaper
