bring back the search sticky!

this is mainly targeted at wyn, but doesnt everyone think that the 'hey! you! before you type...SEARCH!' sticky should go back into the civic/crx forum?
i guess i am saying this because a lot of newcomers that come along (and dont understand the format of the site yet) and ask the same questions that have been answered a dozen or more times.
tell me please if this wont happen but i think it is a good idea.

edit: Wyn, my bad!! i found the above first two addendeums within some stickies. Anyhow with regards to the last two, you may like it stickied if necessary.
