Hi,

Im looking at selling my 95 GSi Integra and upgrading. I can only afford to go up to about 16-18k.

My car currently includes

95 Integra gsi w/ 134,000km
- SSA 17" Rims
- King spring Super lows all round
- Spoon front shox/Type R rear Shox
- 6000k HID kit
- Darkest legal tint from tint-a-car
- Clear side indicators
- Black respray (same colour respray - resprayed for a freshen up)
- 2xnew OEM front drive shafts
- new engine mounts
- CAI
- Type R floor mats
- Spoon thermostat
- New OEM injectors
- JVC head unit/JL Audio front and rear 6" - all amped up
- all the bushes for the suspension have been changed, there was i think 12 of them, cost me through the roof but the car feels tight now and no creaking or rocking sounds
- Serviced every 5000km with Honda Oils and Lubricants

Im looking to get 11k for it

Now my delema is what to buy? i want to stick with Honda because of the reliability factor and quality workmanship so I've been looking at Gen 5 ludes VtiR, i've never driven a vtec and after being on these forums for a while it seems like im missing out on the whole 8000rpm thing  I'd like one with an OEM lip kit/low ks that is pretty stock, manual or auto doesn't concern me since the auto's are multi tronic.

Has anyone got any suggestions? I've never drive a prelude VtiR before or know much about them, are they good cars?? I'd appreciate some input or some other suggestions on cars.????

Mods - not sure if this was the right thread to chuck it in, move if its not suitable for this thread.

selling should be done in the 'for sale' section :)

I say do your one up with everything you need

You have a good base for a build. Chuck in a B18C, B20 or K20
you will love it depends on how much you got now

yea see thats the thing, id be taking out a small loan to get a new car. I work 65 hours a week and doing an engine like that takes some time and patience, and to be quite honest, i dont know all that much about engine transplans, actually, i dont know anything about engine transpalce. ;) thanx for the suggestion

Well it really gives you a few options

EM1 = B16A
DC2 VTIR - B18C
DC2R - B18C7

Well all you do is drop your car of and they will chuck the engine in...

shuttup you little b1tch

anyways why not do a LS Vtec on your motor. Get a Vtec head and all the conversion that is needed to convert it to Vtec.

out of curiosity is that expensive? would i just buy a reco'd head? do they perform as well as a stock vtec, i dont know much about it...

can anyone give me any car suggestions? Any prelude owners out there to tell me what their ludes are like?

Well im running a B18A block with a P72 head and type r internals and it runs very good

Depends really on how much is your budget. If you wanting a new car then do so but I say your car is a better base then a prelude will be as there is more support in the market for B series then a H series
