URGENT help needed

i need to change the springs the front of my 98 honda accord vti and need to do it within a day.

thing is i cant find my haynes manual. u would b a lifesaver if someone could post up the needed info/pages of the repair manual for this section or send me to a website where i can get the manual online. plz any help is appreciated.
