what oil for my em1

hey guys, might sound stupid but... i need to know what oil to use in my em1
first problem is the oil i currently use burns a little and i have to keep topping up.. ive heard its because vtech burns oil when kicks in.. ?

and also need to know which mixture is best eg 10 50 ,10 30 ?

i use motul 8100 5-40w

how often r u topping up?

oem is 10-30w

maybe do a search as well

i think im gonna go with feo 10 30 or 40

10w50 is abit thick for honda.
FEO is good for most situations.
I'm running 5w30 Castrol Edge with i have found pretty good and no burn.
If your burning try a 40 weight something like Shell Ultimate 5w40 or penrite 5w40
