Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me.
Firstly i bought an apexi VAFC2 for my accord euro 03. Now.
1. Does this need to be tuned by a dyno to get the most effective performance?
2. Should this be installed by a standard mechanic or auto electrician or does it need someone special?
3. How man KW's will i get out of this unit?
4. Anyone recommend any advice for someone who lives in sydney.

Yes, get it dyno tuned. Don't get it installed by a regular mech. Go to a performance shop/mechanic to get it installed and tuned. You don't need an auto electrician. Most shops with a dyno will be able to do it.
How many kws? Depends on many factors. but don't expect too much.

You can get anywhere from 3-5kws out of a stock engine.
Something to note is that the Euro's ECU will overwrite the VAFCii's setting overtime as it re-learns itself.
We've tested it and the re-learn duration is awfully quick on the Euro's ECU.
