strange noise from the back, 2000 sedan gli

I have civic sedan 2000 and when i corner just a tad fast or when i go over hard surfaces i hear strange noises in the back. kind of like *clunk clunk*. its been going on for awhile now. when i bounce up and down on the boot i can hear a creak noise (from both sides although the right side is abit louder). Whats the problem? I don't know much about cars so can someone help me. I still have warranty on the car, do you think honda will fix it for free?

what suspension do u have? stock or aftermarket?
it would be worth a shot to go back to honda get them to check it out, my car makes creaking noises, but its from the hatch, and the clunk noises were from aftermarket suspension, more specifically, progressive springs.
