Hi guys,

My sister's CRX is due for a minor service, i'm not a Honda man so i really have no idea of what need to be done beside Oil and Sparkies.

I plan to use Castrol Edge 0-30 since Honda is a high compresion engine, for Spark Plugs, what do i use?
Cooper?
Platinum?

Do i need fuel filter as well?

Please guide me, thanks.

just change the oil and oil filter, oem honda oil will be fine. your fuel filter should be fine as is.

when was the sparkies changed last?

just go to ur closest honda dealer and ask for there genuine engine oil.
0-30 is too thin and would just be eaten up by the motor.

take the plugs out and check 4 urself, if they are fouled and worn, replace them.

you should also check your air filter as well mate, and as mclovin said just go down to your local honda dealership to get parts

I would go genuine Oil & Oil filter, Repco or equivalent fuel filter & panel air filter.
Or whack on a K&N panel or pod filter if your not the throw away type,
along with whatever NGK S/plugs are listed for it.

0w30 will be fine.
But edge is usually 5w30?
Anyway a 30w is fine, OEM is 10w30 anyway.

The b16 can use copper plugs, can't rem number but i'm sure most reputable places will be able to tell you.

i'd change the oil filter also

Other thing would be air filter

Hondas aren't hard to service

I think they are easier compared to let's say all european cars =.="
