Hi guys,
I've bought the FD1 about a month ago and I really love the car every bit for it's exterior, interior and driving fun! I used to drive a Nissan Bluebird SSS and loved that car too. Bought this when I moved to Sydney from Brisbane at the start of 2008. Been browsing through the forums already and found many useful information, GOOD STUFF!
Hope to learn more and may be one day I can help others here :)
Cheers,
Kelvin

Thanks McLovin!
Like many others here, I'm not planning for huge performance upgrade as others have said that the engine of this car is for economy not performance, and there doesn't seem to have many products for this car yet.
I'm just planning to RICE the car slowly, according to my budget :P So my investments would be going for the looks rather than performance. Next mod would be for a mugen rear wing or bronze wheels :)

hey there, i went down the track of looking an buying an 07 civic sport but just couldnt resist the older styling of a 99 civic coupe. very nice cars though. i also want some kind of bronze wheels, maybe some Volk te37s. anyways fun modding.

If u are on a tight budget you can paint your own wheel :)
Thanks McLovin!

LOL u sound just like me when I first got my FD1 Kelvin. I ended up ricing it up due to strict P plate restrictions (and there really is little point in trying to make a relatively new model car 'fast' when I've got other concerns which will make it an expensive exercise; especially when it's not going to be an uber fast car anytime soon at any reasonable price).

^ Spot on man.
And the fact that I love the car as it is, a smooth car and I enjoy every bit of it :)
