Are all eg5 stock exhaust systems the same?

Hi got a Honda civic eg5 Si(d16a) and trying to return it back to stock, was wondering the stock exhaust system(header back) from say, like a GL/GLI will line up with the headers on my Si eg5?? Cause im unable to find 1 for the model.

as long as u are putting it into hatch to hatch and sedan into sedan will be the same, however i am not sure about the diameter of the pipe is the same.
