stock exhaust ne good?

hey does ne1 know the stock exhaust dimensions on 2000 Ek civic sedan? I looked on mine and looks bout 2"... Do u's reckon theres really nepoint getn catback exhaust if stayn with stock NA engine? or will only make more noise? not really after much more noise. im thinkn of juz putting straight through muffler...good/bad idea?

catback over cheap ass bolt on muffler... will improve mid range pull slightly - ie not just noise.

save and get da full thing... i have had bad experiences with cat backs on HONDA's
just save yourself some extra $$$ and then get the extractors too.
