hey..! yeah its fun driving the car,,massive torque steer but thats wat makes it fun..lol..very high maintenance though..i just got a full rebuild so once tuned..take it down the quarter and see waht it does!

yeah it all came off when it was sold..i thought it was a bit hardcore wit da graphics..but yeah changed some stuff..interior n stuff..but mainly engine work..very hectic setup..

looks likea clean autosolaon car. im not a autosalon fan, but if it has to be done up, it looks good..

re setup: intake manifold looks good ;-)

one question though, i dont know the history of the car, but why the type-r engine (2-3k more then a normal b18c) when u just rebuilt it? also the bonnet vent, wouldnt that allow rain straight to ur hot manifold/turbo.

make sure u get it on video when u take down that autosalon record =] no hondata i guess?? lol!

hmm 1st .. there was no itr's in australia in 96,

if u were referring to a jdm itr .. japan dont put numbers after their own engines normally its just a b18c ..

audm itr is b18c7, usdm is b18c5

r u sure its an itr engine ? the block number is a vtir ..

To TofuR: on the bottom block its clearly says B18C2..mm not much of a honda specialist but yeah most only come as a B18C..also with the grounding...how u mean by the way?

To Weq: thats the original engine that done the 11sec..When i bought it i basically had to rebuild the engine because it wasnt running that good..i mean if you got a fast car y not give it hey?? to tell you the truth i knew it was thrashed but i still rekon it has the potential to do a 10sec..a lot of work though...

The car was sprayed by Steven at Prestige Motorsport..apparently the job was done as a favour...

Goodluck going against BLKCRX from Melb here... Ive seen his car first hand at Razztech ... Its a beast of a CREX ... i think aiming at 400kw @ wheels this autosalon if im not mistaken... ill let BLKCRX himself verify that :P

and also.. if the engine has been so extensivly rebuild.. who cares what block he is running..
im sure he is running AFtermarket piston and most proabably crank.. lower compression head gasket..
and the head.. who knows.

u could have a d16y engine block and run twin cam vtec...

Hey Blitz..read page two and it will tell you everything about the specs of the car..

as for everyone..u can make as much kilowatts in the country but it all comes down to money and practical use..i myself find that the power on this car is very much enough to be run on the street and drag..but it doesnt mean il be aiming for more kilowatts...Those other guys prolly own workshops and for me whos only 21, im quite happy with what i got...lol..

HOnestly i never though about buying the car when i saw it at Autostyle..i was actually looking at a TT supra in their showroom and found that the crx was "unique"..i offered cash deposit of 4000 to be serious..took it for a test drive..and really like the performance side of the car...plus the advantages of a targa top..was on sale for 28900, got it for 26900
