Hi there,
My Euro R rear badge arrived and I fitted it to my MY06 Euro Lux today. I now have matching front and rear ends.
http://i184.photobucket.com/albums/x45/mikestar07/EuroRRearBadge002.jpg

http://i184.photobucket.com/albums/x45/mikestar07/EuroRRearBadge001.jpg

I removed the OEM Euro badge and at the moment I have left the Accord badge in its original position. It is a bugger to cut the tape to fit in with the letters because the badge is open in design.

I have seen Euro R rear badges fitted without an Accord badge at all and with the badge left where I have it but also with it centred and even with it moved to the right side. On the TSXClub site there are heaps of pics with the badge in various locations.

What do you think?
- Leave it alone
- Take it off altogether
- Centre it
- Align it to the right edge of the Euro R badge
- ????
Thanks heaps

Thanks for the comment
I think I'll leave it for a week or so and see if it starts to annoy me then look at your views on here and maybe go with the majority.

Nope drip tray has been in the garage for years so I just leave it there :)

Oh I'm with you now. I was confused and thought you meant the Euro R badge was cheap or tacky

Thanks for the comment. I think I'll wait a little while and see how I feel before I definitley decide.

I would get a smaller euro-r badge and place it next to the stock ACCORD badge.

In those pics the ACCORD badge looks to far to the left. Perhaps you can move it to the right near the boot edge

looks pretty good, so i'd say leave it like that.

btw, off topic-where'd you get the spoiler from.? i want one. PM me.? :p

Sorry but the photoshop version look's a bit cluttered.

The way you have it look's like it's meant to be there.

Yeah i was thinking that too. the problem being the Euro-R badge is too large.

imo a smaller Euro-R badge in a similar size to the original 'euro' badge would look ok.

Heck, why not just put a red "R" next to the stock Euro badge :p

the photoshop one is out of place....

I would leave it there... but if you are really anal, then just move it slightly to the left as its too near the boot edge like someone mention earlier.

I would take off the accord badge, and just leave the euro r badge ;)

I had my accord badge left on for the total of about a day before i realised i didnt like it.

Looks cleaner with just the euro r badge

IMHO either have it as your original post or take off the accord and replace with the Euro-R only. Hope that helps.

Hi there thanks for your view. I'm gonna leave it just as it is for a while but if I decide to change it at all I'm leaning to taking the Accord off altogether and just having the Euro R.

I bought the wing from american ebay in 2006,I think the seller has since closed.
Same deal as this one though http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/PAINTED-04-07-ACURA-TSX-TRUNK-LIP-SPOILER_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33638QQihZ023QQ itemZ360032974702QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW
apparently people on the forum have had issues with them being slightly the wrong sizes, mine fits perfect though :)

I think spoon make a carbon lip spoiler like mine its around $400 though
In those pictures the car was lowered 30mm.
Standard height with 19 inch wheels was really high
I did have Zeal Coilovers on the car for a while which sat nice but ive since removed them

Is there an Accord Type S or simply a matching Type S badge that could be used (attached) to the Euro R or Euro Sport Grille? That would give some of us options instead of just having to go the Euro R route.
Thanks cheers

If I get sick of the Euro R badging or get bagged out too much I may convert to front and rear Type S badging instead. Seems they were pretty much similar to our Sport version.
