I 've never heard about it and i have never seen anything like it. Does it even work? I personally feel a little sus about it because if it really does improve the cars fuel efficiency, increase torque and power, then how come mugen, spoon (the large modifiers) don't produce them?

i seen it, but the problem they had with the bearing ones that actually span, was if it fell apart (which in some cases did) u can guess wat happened to the engine when all the lil metal parts etc fell apart, so now some companies like USP (or something ?) have made ones that dun move but are put in the intake hose arm thing just to create turbulence with the blade like fins (so when air passes thru at the speed it does thru ur intake it goes thru the fins and makes a sorta tornado well .. as they claim)
